I talked to my therapist today.
I wonder if everyone has a “weekly theme.” Mine has been all about borderlines or self-harmers. I went to Marshall’s and this tall blonde with a vibrant blue dress walked by me. She had the fairest skin and lightest blue eyes, she was beautiful. Her left arm had a row of 1in cuts, all up and down her arm. Out in the open for everyone to see.
I took my sister and Pluto to the vet. The receptionist had similar scars on her arm. And I wondered how long ago those were made.
Today I had to do the questionaires to BPD, Anxiety, PTSD and Depression. As I do every month.
Why do I sabotage myself?
