Dear Simone,

Today at work this lady came because she keeps getting styes. When she was in the room with me, she was playing with her toes. She had flip flops on. Then she would touch the eye with the stye, with the same hand that was touching her toes. I just kept thinking, “how can you not see the problem here?”

Our Market Manager says “Meomix” and “We’re coming up roses” a lot, and randomly too. He’s hard to figure out. I’m leaning towards he was bullied a lot and his father not being in his life affected him a lot. He always tries to get a reaction out of everyone by the things he says.

I went to Jeh Nay’s soccer practice. She’s a shoe size 11 in women’s and 8 in men’s. That’s a big foot lol It made me kind of sad to think she said her dad always leaves her and comes back or sits in the car. I sat on the edge of the grass and fence, the whole hour. She seemed happy. She kept waving at me in between exercises.

Her soccer teammate, Lola, kept falling and twisting her ankles. But she kept going.
