Dear Simone,

They found her! Someone found Bubbles! Bubbles is back.

It’s been a month. Lilly texted me that TV (Nativity) found Bubbles. There was a post on FB in a group stating someone found Bubbles. As soon as I saw the picture, I knew it was her. I recognized her eyes and mouth. I’ve spent most of my time with her, picking her up away from my feet. She for some reason loves to smell my feet or be in my shoes. She could be across the room and makes it towards me. And no…my feet aren’t smelly or sweaty. My aunt’s rabbits also go for my feet too. It’s pretty funny lol

Anyways, the lady that found her, gave her away to a lady named Deb. And Deb thought that was her male tortoise TIMMY. Not sure if she took Bubbles to a sanctuary or vet but they gave her the identifiers for Bubbles. Plus, we have pics. Apparently all three of us messaged this lady at the same time until she finally stopped being stubborn and gave her to Lilly. Come to find out, her TIMMY was not even the same species, gender or age. Crisis averted.

Lilly gave her to mom so she can recover comfortably and yes, we confirmed it was her. She was pale and scrapped pretty bad on her shell and lost a few nails. But she seemed to recognize us and took long naps. Glad she’s back. Lilly was right, the world is better now that Bubbles is back.
