Dear Simone,

I know she was trying to be helpful. But she wasted my time.

A few days ago, I found out that my bank account was used by someone in PRISON, trying to add money to their phone account. Definitely not me. I called the bank as soon as I saw the transaction and was told to go to the bank, get a temp card and any cash to get me through the week, while I receive my new card in the mail.

Next morning, Jeh Nay and I went to the bank closest to ‘Saint’s job. I had a feeling I should go to my usual one, but like always, I didn’t listen to my gut.

The teller had one of the biggest afros I have ever seen. Red hair at that. I found it bold and brave. Unique. I also admired the bank for letting her do that. I admired her !

I was waiting in line for the teller at the desk so I could withdraw cash using my license. Red ‘fro asked me if I needed help. I explained my situation and she told me I could withdraw using my phone at the ATM. She walked me through it, walked me to the ATM and her method failed. She suggested I wait for the teller at the desk. So I went back in line. She told me to stop by her office before I leave so she could unlock the card for me to use from my phone. As we’re sitting in her office, she calls Customer Service. While on the phone, remembers it’s SATURDAY so they’re not even open !

Complete waste of my time. I just wish people would leave me alone sometimes because MAYBE…I Know what I’m doing since I didnt ask any questions.
